OFFICIAL RULES

• Raffle ticket purchase is necessary to enter or win. Tickets are $5 and may be purchased online via this webpage. Tickets will also be for sale at the New Orleans Home + Interior Design Show September 17 - 19, 2010.
• Raffle is open to residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia. Employees of the New Orleans Home & Interior Design Show are NOT eligible to enter the Raffle.
• The prizes to be awarded are White "Shrimp Boots" decorated by celebrity artists. Each Shrimp Boot will be awarded through a separate drawing from tickets purchased for that Shrimp Boot.
• Winning Ticket Holders DO NOT have to be present to claim their boots. Those not present will have their boot personally delivered or shipped via UPS.
• Refunds will not be issued.
• Proceeds are being donated to Catholic Charities Oil Spill Relief Fund. For further information, please visit: www.ccano.org
• This Raffle is void where prohibited by law. Raffle participants represent that their participation is not in violation of their local laws or otherwise prohibited.
• Home Builders Association of Greater New Orleans is not responsible for printing errors.
• In the event of a dispute, Home Builders Association of Greater New Orleans will provide the final resolution of all conflicts.
• In the event of a dispute regarding who submitted an online entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the natural person who is the authorized account holder of the submitted e-mail address at the time of entry (proof thereof may be required of a winner).
• Any claim relating to the Raffle shall be governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.
